    If any company give you free company, they won't give you its full protected domain...that means, they can take it back anytime, without even notice. There are cheap domain tld, up to $1 for first year like .xyz. For renewal you have to spend more than usual though.

    Free domain is included when you purchase a package otherwise free domain or hosting if you find one will include ads. They will show ads period.

    Your post seems to be not clear to me.

    hostinger seems to be a hosting company. Look and check up their offers if they are offering free domain.
