    If it's in javascript (which I doubt) just open the text file, search for the text, make sure it seems to be right, edit, and test.

    right click over logo --> inspect element --> change the text with a double-click (if it is a Canvas tag, you can also find the url of the logo image here) --> make other changes you want and test in real time.
    When you are satisfied, copy the code and paste in your local html.
