    This is my best combo ads ad-maven.com for push notification ads and adsterra.com for popup
    If you use only 1 popup i suggest to use adsterra.com popup ( they pay good CPM for most countries and some days they give very high CPM )
    If you use 2 popups per page then make adsterra.com the first popup code ( add them the first code on the header ) and ad-maven.com the second popup code.
    About banners ads style i don't know im not use this type of ads.

    Im using ad-maven.com and adsterra.com for a long long time. Never got an issue with payments with them, and they pay fast to.

    If you have carrier traffic from Tier 1 and 2 geos, you're the man we're looking for:)

    this is not true! your guys pay really low CPM for India, also I tried to get a fix CPM and team support said I can get only 0.3 CPM. in meantime other ad work offering a better result.

    I am sorry if you were unsatisfied with the results, but I have mentioned above, if you will be kind enough to check the thread, that we'd rather recommend sending traffic from Tier 1 geos, especially with carrier. The demand for Tier 3 is at medium levels, but the offer is high, so the prices are not enormous... it's a normal economical phenomenon.
