    Why are you selling this site? i can't maintain any more due to poor eyesight


    How is it monetized? people pay for premium memership


    Does this site come with any social media accounts? yes, but that is a minor part... the huge database is the most valuable thing


    How much time does this site take to run? as much as you wish, it can surely be a full time job if you want to...

    we can meet in person and settle the payment in cash as well

    What challenges are there with running this site? the software is written in ruby on rails

    Agreed alexa ranking doesn't justify the price at all, unless it's a huge dating agency looking to just buy it for the database.
