"The Stock Exchange" 1.) Well they will definitely not be under the strict regulations of the US Agency, the SEC. They are applying to be traded on the AIM (A london exchange) which has a grand total of 1604 companies listed on it. AIM has a mere fraction of any American traded stock exchange. 2.) Plus it seems that there is an infinite amount of stock to be held... Which is contrary to any company. A company issues a finite amount of stock which can only be raised by a split. If there was an infinite amount of Google stock it would be worth shit. 3.) You cannot just issue stock to random people. They have to be investing in the company with tangible currency, which the company then uses to expand or meet demands. When the company turns a profit they can either pay a dividend or invest back into themselves (which makes the price of the stock rise) On the other hand, "The Stock Exchange" could just be some bullshit site they put up where users can sell there downline or something.... It just seems like a load of B.S and I think everyone here could make alot more $$$ if they would just invest there time into a viable online business. They say user will receive a portion on the profits.... they could easily keep 90% of all $ produced then distribute 10% amongst all the users...THIS IS TOO VAGUE!!!
That's my point!!! No one knows! If they are so kind and nice, and want to "give back to the users who create" why can they not be accurate and honest with the amounts they will give out.
That says it all! I wasn't even thinking about the fact that the SEC is only regulating the U.S. exchanges.. To be honest, on the surface it sounds like a decent concept, and with this "internet boom 2.0" and all, its hard not to get excited about stupid ideas again (between sites like million dollar homepage and the red paperclip, it almost seems like internet millions are in fact easy and there for the taking..) I just think if I was going to do a fad concept of some sort, I'd want the whole damn thing (aka a house for a paperclip), not just some "shares" in a company with no predetermined value. Then again, I'll be the first one pounding my head against the wall if people actually make money off this thing down the road.. lol..
well it looks like some kind of shares system and i see lots of those who call themselves "interenet marketers" promote it and brag about their large downlines.. so i suppose those guys think they'll get paid something Well at least any optimistic/pessimistic predicion of what $$ it might be worth?
really it is worth nothing. It is a MLM/pyramid scheme. For a company to have value they have to produce a good or service. The only goods or service produced here is users clicking ads. Now think, how long is an Advertiser going to stay on when they realize that users only click their ads in order to increase payout??? The answer is not long. This might as well be considered click fraud b/c you are using advertisers money to benefit yourself without providing quality leads to the advertisers....
Clicking ads doesn't increase payout. The amount advertisers pay will just fall if the service is bad, not stop completely - the visits will always be worth something.
And to add to this, it says that they give 100% of its stock to their members. 100%? 100%? What are they, stupid?
Can someone please explain to me exactly how this works? I just signed up, but I can't figure out how to download the Viewbar. If I don't have the Viewbar, it isn't counting anything, right?
its bullshit... they are probably just collecting your cotact info then there gonna sell it to the pr0n mailers!!!! lol
I signed up and Now I have 3 people under me...woohoo....haha Im glad I used my junk email...its Anyone wanna be under me too? haha I think it sucks, I cant get the bar....its a good way for them to get peoples info tho
Yeah, I can't find anywhere where there's the bar. If there's no bar, how do they keep track of your surfing?
The bar will be released in a few weeks. An "autorefresher" won't really work because you're limited to 5 hours a month anyway.
