    I would use blockchain based messenger with E2E encryption and hope that Facebook will be ruined soon.
    As far as people would take off their pink glasses.

    I just told my friends to try it and they liked it. It's user-friendly.
    My friends also think about their privacy - that's why it was easy.

    I had to do it once too. If you want back in to your account you have a no other option.

    And you will probably have to use a computer to do it.

    This usually occurs when they suspect suspicious or fake accounts.

    I don't think it's a normal way of being. Why should I send something to them? And what if I don't have any my photos on the page, will they block my account then?

    I have never been asked for a photo. I do not even have a photo of myself on my fb profile so if they ask I would just send them a generic pic of someone else. I never log into fb on by phone or tablet
