    How can you discuss payment AFTER the work is completed? That is not fair to the person doing the work. What is the work in their mind is worth $100 and you are only willingly to pay $20 as an example. By letting people know up front how much the job pays, the ones not willingly to work at that price won't waste your time and especially their own.
