    What kind of network do you mean?
    I think that the easiest way is to create an adult forum, but there are plenty of them already.
    Or you can create a channel in a messenger but you should choose the most private one in order to avoid problems.

    Exactly. I think in Telegram there are no restrictions on that point. The only problem may be if your country restrict such content.
    I've read that in Russia people are even imprisoned for that as social networks pass all the information about the users to the government.

    If you're looking to create an adult SITE - you can't go wrong with WordPress with WP-Script (an adult tue script - affordable, good looking and works WELL)... if you're looking for something free that you don't own you're not going to make a cent...
