Regarding my forum...

I have one forum and its on my main domain - now i want to change it to subdomain so is it possible to do without deleting the posts? as i dont want to delete the posts and want it on my subdomain - so kindly advice me what to do for that ?

Sure. Just make a backup of the site and database and move it to the sub domain.

 

drig but how to do that, i want to know that only - is that backup option is been provided in site itself or i have to install some software for that, dont know much about forum so that why i am asking.

with smf, i would change the folder name and readjust all the settings, 2 minutes. i did it last night. maybe vb is different?

 

Right, this is very simple...It's as easy as moving your forums from / to /forums/ (or wherever you want them) and then going into your ACP and changing the Forum URL (found in vBulletin Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details)

 

Create a subdomain, and pass me on ur ftp I will do it for you in minutes for FREE
