You should never repeat yourself when making a sales pitch. Your blue sentences were pretty good, you started off nicely. But when you got to the red sentences things broke down a bit. "What you have to know." should have been replaced with "What you need to know". Also you ought to have gone with a comma after each red sentence and finished off with a period. Never let sentences no matter how short, just hang there. Just a small constructive critique. Good luck to you with all.
