Hello everyone, I am in dire need of your help. I have been selling on Amazon for just over a year now, and as far as I can tell, things were going great. I’ve been making enough to cover all costs and overhead, I’ve been responding to all of my customers promptly, and I have been doing my best to get my products in the mail as quickly as humanly possible. Last month I hired my first employee, and I thought things were going better than ever. The income was steady, the work was getting done well and on time, and I was getting positive review after positive review… until I got on my computer this morning and was given the message my account has been closed. I have no idea what is going on. I read through all my messages, and I can’t see anyone who appears unhappy. In fact, my last review was one of the nicest reviews I have ever received! Does anyone know why Amazon would suddenly ban my account? They haven’t given me any information, and I desperately need to get this fixed. Any and all advice is welcome! Thank you all!
The first thing I would do is get in touch with Amazon support and ask them why the account was closed. I wouldn't get irate with them. A polite attitude is probably a good idea here.
Seller Central -> Performance -> Performance Notifications. There should be something there. If not: Open Seller Central app -> Settings -> Contact Support -> Phone -> Urgent help needed. They will call back. Get them to tell you what is wrong with the account. We manage 9 accounts for other businesses, so we have seen our fair share of weird things happen on Amazon. Good luck!!
I sent them email. The reason is multiple accounts They will close my account and I am not able to reinstate the account...What can I do in such situation??

In the subject have your seller name (the name on your Amazon account) Then explain to them why you believe this is an error, you dont have 2 accounts, you only work out of one account. Because this represents a huge part of your business, you are willing to do whatever it takes to fix the issue. We are working on something similar right now. Good luck, this is tough. My business manages accounts on Amazon. We have seen a lot of these ugly behaviors by Amazon. One question: are you running 2 accounts?

I have also had this issue in the past with my FBA account. A brief call with seller support and the issue was fixed. Best of luck getting it sorted
