    Men i really don't know what have happened, i just created an account on pop ads and added 10.00 dollars to the account and they billed me the 10 dollars and now i can't use the money because they put there that the status is suspended, I have emailed then but noone reply me, Do pop ads stole my money?

    Yes, But why they took my money i just created an account because a friend of mine reccomended that and now i got that, And i start researching on internet and i found everywhere that they are a scam, and i only want to buy traffic but now i can't

    You are probably considered not trustworthy. It's not your fault. It's your compatriots that came before you. Pretty sure there was a refund made. But again you need to wait a few days.

    because when i added my domain the quality score was 4/10 but now it is 1/10...

    A 14 article website in the worst English available? Seriously? By the way, those domains are being used to avoid adblockers. It's a known fact. And I don't see any 12 letter domains in your list. Maybe the author should learn to count before writing.
