has anyone ever paid a legitimate SEO company to take care of and rank their sites to #1, 2, or 3. what was the company

 

If you are looking for a company then just google it. You will be amazed to see what google can show you. Go for the reviews, their previous works. I am sure you will find a good SEO Company.

Serious seo companies will not take affiliate sites as there clients. If they can rank your affiliate site to make YOU money, They can DIY that. And if you have hired a SEO company that claims they can rank your website, which is an affiliate site selling a cpa or any other product, run fast mate

I never go for a SEO company as most of them are useless. Finding a right one is very difficult job. I do all SEO Myself and from failures, I have learned many things. Now I am able to rank my site in Google and other search engines.

 

If you're looking for seo services for the sites in your signature I'd say it would be a waste of money honestly. You have a lot of on-page stuff to take care of first. One article I skimmed through seemed to read well, which is good.

I would move them to a newer/better looking theme (too much gray space/empty background)

Make sure ALL on-page seo was completed

Make product images a clickable affiliate link

Add review rating schema for "star ratings" in search results that get better click through rates.

Change button from "Buy Now" to something not so aggressive as you haven't built trust/a brand yet (they may think they are buying directly from you, it's not clear to them they'll be taken to a trusted company such as Amazon and Guitar Center). Maybe more like "Check Price here", "See What Others are Saying", "Buy on Amazon"(they have trust/brand)

Always check your competitors that are ranking on first page to get more in-line with what google is looking for.

I would if I were in your place myself, I started SEO promotion, if time allows you, it's easy, but if you're too lazy, just beat in Google and see what is rated first.

 

Re Nook Product Reviews: You need a full analysis done on this website. Just at first glance most of the back links are going to inner pages with the same anchor text keywords. The home page is weak and the few backlinks that are going to the home page are spammy or porn. 50% or all the backlinks on this site are adult or porn. The onpage is also weak and needs a cleanup. The site is over optimized. If I were you I would ask for a full analysis of this site from any company before I hired them. In fact without doing an analysis they would not be able to price the job out correctly. The last thing you need is more links before these ones are cleaned up or disvowed.

 

I think you need to grow your business, So I suggest you start PPC and You want Long time business to go SEO If you have patience. I also suggest you hire freelancer SEO Consultant.

 

Check out fiverr com there you can find really good hard working individuals, they dont loot you like big seo companies and they are more focused on ranking your website better, though my recommendation would be if you can learn it by yourself step by step and hire developers to do the extremely technical work for you. All the best
