I am using MaherPost app to post to multiple Facebook groups at once. I just enter my message and image, select groups and schedule it. I have connected multiple Facebook accounts with the app, So it's safe too.

 

If you are using wordpress, you can use some of the free plugins to auto post to facebook.

Otherwise, there are some programs out there like Jarvee which can do the job.

 

Its better to post yourself, automated postigs have a smaller reach.

They have. but you are limited to use more accounts on same time, you are limited to use auto-join groups and many other features developed by some coders.

 

It's crap. They want to charge you $149 for membership. Else you can only post 2 posts a day. What's the point in that?
This sort of service should be free. Else it's just exploiting people. Rubbish website!

The majority of the various equipment which is currently implementing article automation into websites that are different has disadvantage like shortage of image, deficiency article that is coded, of data, telephone to action.

I use hootsuite free since I have less then 3 pages. It has its limitations though - up to 30 posts and no bulk automation from csv. For this I have a piece of software that do the bulk posting for me in 30 posts batches. This saves me $240/year.
