    how much supposed a website with alexa rank (20xx) earn $$ ? (using popads.net or any others pop network expect adsence).

    That is a useless metrics. You need more than that to know the worth of a site.

    It depend from niche to niche.
    If you have an adult site using popads you can earn 100$ - 200 $ a day even more
    For non adult site using popads you can earn 50$ - 100$
