Two landing page for different country

    I like to have a website with two different landing page for different country visitors, is it possible to have the same content for another country with slight changes?

    For example:

    Google.com/us should be the landing page for US visitors

    Google.com/in should be the landing page for other countries?

    Is affect SERP's and get the duplicate content issue by Google and will affect any of things related to digital marketing?

    Yes, you can have the same content for other countries landing pages but make sure to provide canonical URL's
