Google change it's policies for serach engine submission but other are available like bing, yahoo etc.
Yes. However Google is the only one that you will get traffic from. First go to mail.gmail.com and create a Google Email Account. Using the gmail address and password, got to Google's Search Console and create an account for your website. Once this is set up and configured, go to crawl feature and use the Fetch feature (<crawl><fetch>) to submit your domain. This is the fast and most professional way I know of indexing a brand-new site. All other SEs will copy what Google has done. The only other one I would do is Bing and they have their version of a Webmaster Tools feature.
Good answer, Jim C. All webmasters should have, as a minimum, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools accounts. Do a Fetch with Google and a submit URL with Bing. In fact, I do that with every new page I add. I would courteously suggest a slight correction to your first sentence. Bing is certainly a smaller provider of traffic than Google. But it's not insignificant. Of 32,000 unique visitors a month to my website, about 8.5% of them come from Bing search. Google is over half my traffic, but Bing does bring enough to make them worthwhile.
Don't use bulk search engine submission, its consider as spam. Just submit to google and bing, wait within 2 days your site will display or SERP.
