Google Deploys New Site Design

Looks like Google finally publicly released their new site design. One thing I don't like about it as a user is the directory info missing. I personally found that useful. Wish there was a way to turn it on as a preference or something.

I don't see much difference.

Google still has not fixed their broken maps that have not worked in about 2 years.

I was not happy when Google stopped making page caches available a few years ago. Was hoping that they would have decided to make them available again, but no such luck.

Google translate no longer works. Was working last year, but still broken and not fixed.

So much for hoping that Google would fix their issues.

I use both of those things quite often and I am not seeing what you're seeing. Broken in what way?

 

You can even personalise your own design using the available graphics.

Although many are against innovations, but I am personally pleased with the new design

Yup. Those are exactly the links I am using.
