First of all, I am not a swindler. I'm asking this question because PayPal isn't available in my country.

yes offcourse... they will let u create an account with all the fake info... u can ask people to pay you via paypal...and paypal won't mind u,using their system...and only when u have some amount around 100-200, they will freeze ur account...and will ask u for utility bill, passport, id copy, and if u provide that all...thy might ask u to call them from the number u mentioned ... and number shld be on ur name, so bassically, they will create more and more excuses to verify u and eat away all ur money...

i repeat,,,thy will only ask for ur verification when u will put some money in account and ask to withdraw...
so its better to avoid it or ask some one living abroad to create/verify an account for u...

use skrill instead.. i m switched too..ya, lost some business..but atleast i have peace of mind..

and if u find someone in europe, its easier...
few ppl r using with fake info ... living around in europe...as its easier to create fake documents of these countries using photoshop ...instead of usa...
they don't call other countries to verify... so its better to stay away from 'usa address' if using fake account...
i just didn't like fake info thing...so i'm done ..no more paypal...

but sometime, ppl need work..for their families.. then they don't care about giving fake info.. as it seem harmless to them...
few years ago, we had no alternatives... it used to feel bad to not to be able to work, just because you were born in a country with T-category... not everyone is a scammer ... as who are, they still find a way to work it around...

Lots of people are struggling due to this...
for example..here, in service section, two people posted a job (that many can do and earn easy $15 for both)
but lots of people can't even apply... because they were born in a wrong country...
I recently saw that adsense isn't allowed in Syria... do Google think terrorists need adsense clicks? or they will write articles every day, do seo to gain more traffic.. I am hopeful that this war would end soon...but still, they would be labeld as forbidden country for years...

at least- give people right to earn rightfully..
and if u feel that a terriorst is doing some html/css work for $15 ... limit his account...

Where people are being blasts/kills ... like syria, kashmir, Palestine, iraq, afghanistan and Necular power Pakistan...
now, u don't know .. who is terrorist or civilian...
terrorists usually disguise as civilian and u can't recognize them more often...thy used families, kids to invade... sometime army(like in Kashmir)

thy are already funded by big countries.

No, it is not possible to create a fake Paypal account, proper verification needs to be performed for activating a new account.

 

Skrill turned scammy last year. 100's of bad reviews all over the internet and the only "good" reviews are the ones they paid for on TrustPilot.

And to the OP: Just have someone with a legit PP account accept payments for you and then send you the funds via whatever processor you CAN accept.

 

skirll isn't scam. i have been using it for years now and so many others. i don't know about the reviews but never had any problem with them.

 

I had also been using them for years, until last month when I had the same problem everyone else is running into now. Check those "reviews" carefully and you'll see what I mean...

 

may be those reiews are right. i don't know. reviews can be bought easily.
