Negative balance

    Hi everyone
    I have -60$ on my PayPal account, some thing will happen if I will not pay them? I unlined bank account from it

    Yes, you're Australian. It will impact your credit rating. $60 is nothing compared to the legal hassles if PayPal decide to make an example of you, pay it back.

    Why not just pay it? It's not worth having a black mark against your name for a measly $60, pointless.

    No, they can only charge a transaction back once, what's the story with this, what happened to cause the negative balance?

    He sent you the money and you didn't send him the product, so send him his money back...what's the issue?

    Duh, wouldn't YOU file a dispute if YOU paid for something and did not get it? Man up and do the right thing - send the item or refund his money. ANYTHING ELSE IS THEFT.

    From what I read in this thread I would question whether his parents have any clue about this theft and they probably have no clue about how business works.

    Edit: There is no way that his parents know anything about business. In fact, they are so incompetent that they did not even teach him the difference between right and wrong. 31 years old and he still believes that it is OK to STEAL from people. Sad, very sad.

    I’m not a thief, just have a problem to send it
    So if I will press “Offer full Refund” he will have money back and negative balance will gone?

    No, your negative balance will be bigger

    I suspect they've already refunded the money

    This looks like a classic case that follows this path:
    • you try to sell license codes or some digital item
    • person buys & pays
    • you withdraw the money
    • you send/don't send, meh, doesn't make much difference
    • they request a chargeback
    • you now have a negative balance
    The fascinating difference here is that you aren't 12 years old. This typically happens to little kids who think they know how to get some pocket money easily or are conned into helping an online "friend". You are a grown up. $60 to the average Australian in their 30s is no big deal - although that use of a .ru email when you signed up makes me question your maturity and that IP address you're using.
