NO search engine indexes all URLs the same day as you submit them.

Yes, it happen normally. So what should you do, just note down URL which has not index and fetch all these with Google search console. May be in couple of days url will index.
    Hope this will help you.

It takes time. The pages may even be indexed, just not appearing in your console. (I have in the past had websites rank in search results where indexed count was much lower than pages I could see in results)

However, over time you should see all your pages in webmaster console

It does happen a lot of times when you try to submit a bulk of pages by including in the sitemap. But the pages do get indexed and if you check in the search engines your pages have been indexed though not all at a time. You can also manually submit the pages for indexing.

It takes around 24hr-48hr to crwal pages, if you can't wait then use Fetch as Google in Google search console and submit to index :)

First add your sitemap on google webmaster tool. You can add your no-index page on google search console manually.

Wrong Information, it is not necessary SE index all URLs on the same day you request for Indexing. Sometimes none of the URL is indexed, it takes some time.

It happens a lot of time, so the pages are not indexed check them again and optimized them wisely and request for indexing by copy the URL of that particular page or a root domain again. Wait 3 or 4 days then check on the page again for that page.

Search Engine takes 3-4 days to crwal all of your URL.
and if your URL are not crawled by Search Engine after one week their will some issue in your sitemap so for solving such issue first do SEO audit of your website then make a new sitemap and submit it to google

In my experience, when google does not index all the URLs it is a sign that something is wrong on the site, and may be due to numerous reasons, some of them can be resolved on our part and others can not.

The ones that could be solved are:

    0. Check robot exclusions in robots.txt and meta robots "index, follow"

    1. Titles <title> </ title> unique (no title can be the same or similar to another page), in such cases google can be considered repeated or redundant.

    2. Description <description> </ description> in the same way as in titles.

    3. Content <bodu> </ body> should be unique within the site and in case Google detects similar pages consider one of them.

    4. The content of each page must be original (do not be a reprint of another site)

The list could be very extensive but this is a good starting point.

Note: Google reserves the right to publish in its index (index pages) at its own discretion based on what they call "Quality Guidelines"

    I hope this helps.

How can you say that Search Engines index all the URLs same once you submit it to the SE?

I have NO clue what you are trying to state. Please translate into English so that you can be understood. Stringing a RANDOM bunch of English words together in a RANDOM order will NEVER allow ANYONE to understand you.

It was your reply to the thread- "Search Engine index all the URLs, the same day as you submit them".
And, I just want to say that your answer is not true because it is not necessary Search Engine index all the URLs the same day you submit them. If it is true then provide a reference to your answer.
Now, don't say its spam if you don't have an answer to my question.

My answer is not true, yet you just said exactly the same thing? If my answer is not true, NEITHER IS YOURS.

See the RED highlights above. They BOTH say the SAME thing.

Further, HOW can anyone answer a question that HAS NOT BEEN ASKED? I see NO question above at all, much less one demanding an answer.

Spam is anything that is meaningless and/or meant to disrupt this forum. Therefore, when you string random nonsensical words together in a random order, it is spam, simply because such a string of words is MEANINGLESS.

My Bad, I read your answer wrong. I apology for this. You have written NO in caps so I consider it separate.
