    My site is unblockit.co which is a smaller Web Proxy site, in the past week it has had around 25,000 unique page views and 1,700 users.

    In April I had over 3,000 users and over 100,000 page views.

    Hi Tristan!
    It would be much easier to recommend you specific ad networks knowing what countries you get your traffic from. CPM rates of every network vary tremendously depending on the country.
    But overall Hilltopads, Adsterra (it was already suggested to you by the 1st message and I can highly recommend it, too) and Exoclick are the best options. Their CPM rates are consistently high and fill rate is as near to 100% as it is possible in real life. ;)
