hello mikael, i have a problem with mobile-10.com payments
its been several months since i have been waiting for a small portion of a payment, which is $52.
i have been chatting with m10 guys to get this payment for many months, and at last i learned that i wont be able to get it
as you and mobile-10 publishers know, last year m10 updated the site, and created a new panel url, and we publishers have left some unpaid earnings at old.mobile-10.com accounts.
now i want my old.mobile-10 account balance which is $19 AND my new account balance which is $33 combined and paid via payoneer. ($52 is above your payment threshold)
but we couldn't manage this since several months. It took me so many valuable time to chat with m10 guys, and it is very annoying for publishers to beg for a payment, lose time and money.
how can i trust mobile-10 to continue business?
please somebody from mobile-10 help me. i want to get paid of my last year's balance lol.
ps. i dont want to send more traffic, because your cpm is also ultra low according to other affiliate networks. so sending more traffic is not an option for me to get paid. Also, my unpaid balance is waiting to get paid since last year 2017! so i dont trust mobile10. i dont want to lose more money maybe i'm lucky to get lost only $52. maybe your other publishers lost much much more!
i hope i will receive a help asap. Lastly i have chosen to announce this here. this issue will give some decisions for new publishers.
