    some of these things your going to have to figure out on your own. If you want a good domain name do keyword analysis to figure out what terms are searched most in your niche. Then choose something like Medicalanswersonline.com that is search friendly after your get a domain like that set it up to redirect to your main domain which should be easy to remember and short.
