OVERVIEW
Selling my anonymous online blog/forum (not wordpress) for $10K (USD or open to certain crypto currency). It allows visitors to post anonymously about a person, company or school. TRAFFIC/MARKETING
I've done some SEO work on it years ago and it has been paying off slowly. I've had the site for a long time and growth is 100% organic. The Analytics traffic shows nearly 75% as referral, but it's all Google. I've provided some screenshots to reflect that on newer posts below.

INCOME
Here's the recent monthly breakdown for the last 6 months:

9/17 $124
10/17 $156
11/17 $187
12/17 $205
1/18 $178 (would have been $200+, but site was down 5 days because Godaddy was upgrading hosting platform; lost $40+ in revenue as a result; you can see the traffic dip for about 5 days in Jan on Analytics)
2/18 $238
3/18 $62 (as of now, which is 6.5 days so far into the month)

At the current pace, I'm seeing growth every month and should exceed $300++ very shortly.

WHAT YOU GET
SNiiTCH.com domain (push on namesilo) and all files and database, including the profanity script (it replaces profanity words; for example, badword will become badw***). You can update the list of bad words as needed and also tweak it slightly to turn it into a cron job. I currently run the script manually once a week. There's also an admin page that allows you to delete posts and/or comments.

MAINTENANCE
Outside of running the profanity script.. none! And if you turn it into a cron job, there's no maintenance work at all, unless you want to promote it to increase your revenue.

PRICE
I'm looking for $10K, take it or leave it deal, non-negotiable, to be paid via Paypal in USD or CRYPTO (BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, etc).

Money to supplement other hobbies.

How is it monetized?
100% Adsense. I've recently added an option where people can pay for a live link; however, it hasn't produced much inquiry at this stage. But it has potential for advertisers.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
No, may have been setup a long time ago, but haven't been used in years.

How much time does this site take to run?
Less than 10 minute per month. I run the profanity script manually a few times a month, which takes less than 1 minute each time. It would require zero time if you can setup an automated cron job. I'm maxed out on my cron jobs; therefore, I run it manually.

What challenges are there with running this site?
None.

See attachment with domain on the adsense page and screenshot of profanity script at work, after I ran it today. It's currently run manually. I'm human and do forget sometimes. It works! But it's possible that I may not have captured all possible words. The list is a work in progress, but I captured the basics.

$1K is the BIN, not revenue. You can see the trending increase on views, clicks and CTR. The price isn't for everyone. Thanks.

 

Was your site hit by any Google updates lately?

Traffic has been on the rise from prior months and steady and bulk of the traffic is coming from Google. If the site was hit, it was hit in a positive way. It was never adversely impacted. Currently 13K pages are listed on Google. As posts grow, so will traffic and on its own even if you choose to do nothing, like I have.

 

Attached is revenue for January 2014 and it's averaging $2/day. If this trend continues, January will hit a high of $60+.

Google analytics has been linked. Just to clarify, all the referral traffic is purely Google. See attachments, which is from 3/1/17 - 2/4/18.

What's February income so far?
2/1/18 - 2/11/18 income so far is $99 (for the 11 days income continues to average $9/day)

What is the BIN based on?
My BIN is based on ($9*365)*3. I'm looking for 3x annual income. At the current raTe, annual income will be $3,285.

Why is there a dip in traffic in January?
Godaddy upgraded my hosting platform and the site was down for 5 days.

What's crypto?
Crypto is digital currency such is Bitcoin.

-Some of you asked why most of the traffic is showing as referral. I've posted a few images on the very first post that shows all the referrals are from Google. This is very common for Google to show some of their traffic under referral.

You have 10k as your price then said BIN is 1K?

 

Not sure what you mean by the site being "mental". The BIN WAS $1K when I tried to sell the site back in 2013 (look at the post date) when it had very little income. It's now 2018 and it has been well established and revenue grows every month. It's currently averaging $10/day for March 2018. March will be a new record high.

 

$1000 upfront and $1000 for 4 months if it keeps up to the revenue shown.

Sorry, but I don't know how much this is really making and how it will work out, its not a popular topic.
