GoDaddy and 1&1 have them for $.99 for the first year but that price is limited to 1 per customer. I would not recommend 1&1 though. Dynadot and Namesilo have them for about $7 and $8 and those would be good choices. You can check out domcomp to see the current pricing at many different registrars.
