    I'm looking to hire a web developer that has a great grasp of HTML5/CSS3 and can develop mobile first. If you think that's you, shoot me a PM.     Ehhh...I'd rather not have to sift through endless messages from people who I'm suppose to pay my hard earned money but they can't be bothered to read the requirements. Literally takes 3 minutes to Google search. To each their own though
