Depending on your landing page, should be possible.

You'd be surprised about them being stronger. 10 years ago, totally, when they had actual technical power. You'd get gmail released this month, Google Translate previous months and Google Earth next month. What is recent Google product? I do not know any either. Now seems like the only power they have is financial. Political one they lost already with last US elections :)

I understand you compare to CPMs from 2 years ago. CPM is what it is and nothing I can do about it.

I am sorry, extremely busy with google stuff. Will be wiring very shortly.

That should not happen and rather sounds like some problem in your browser. Should certainly not take 10 seconds to open a pop.

So, you were a publisher and sent fake traffic. You got banned, called us all bad names you knew. You begged me to let you back in, you called us scam again(that was few months ago).
Now you ask to be allowed back in and again I won't do it.

Please, try to explain me this. If we are scam and stole money from you, why they hell do you want so badly to be PopAds publisher again?

    Thank you!

Little further update on Chrome - I have achieved significant success on technical grounds against Google and I am very positive about coming months. I am sharing my findings with a lot of popup/popunder adnetworks from the industry, the provide me additional logs and verify my findings.
I do not want to provide too many technical details, but for now please:
    - Use only more well known adnetworks. Avoid smallest, recently opened networks(as they will not have access to my findings most likely).
    - If your website got flagged by Google, request re-review.
    - If you use your own code to open popup/popunder (with direct URLs for example), STOP. Most likely in few weeks, adnetworks that you work with will offer you a solution to continue doing that, but for now use only JS code from adnetworks.

Thanks a lot for the info.
A question: if a video website like openload.co or netu.tv use popads code for ads on their videos, your code will also pass the google review?
    Thanks again!

    Yes, it will.
I mean, to be fair - because google is insanely slow at reviewing, I am unable to confirm 100% it will work. Yet, I'd give it good 99%.

You shouldn't be affected, however Google detection of standards region (where you get most traffic from) seems to be fairly buggy.

I could and I would remain the one and only popup/popunder adnetwork in the world.
In such case, we would be much easier target for Google to take down (for example by falsely flagging us for malware on SafeBrowsing and wait few weeks before correcting the "mistake").
This is a classic short-term-big-gain and long-term-small-gain dillema. I always go for longterm solutions.

That is kind of my speciality, but I am afraid I won't be able to provide you any details as I am working on a commerical product to do just that.

Do not really understand you. I am not saying that my decision is right, maybe it is wrong and I should have kept it for myself and become popup monopolist.
Yet, I do what I believe is best in longterm perspective.

You should start with FULL understanding how Internet/WWW works. You need to know everything what happens from TCP level up to JavaScript.
Then using this knowledge, you need to find tiny differences between browsers, operating systems etc. that you can base detection model on.

    Will do.

Also, a good news. I got confirmation that my technology regarding google flagging works. One of our biggest publishers just passed google ad experience review :)

Good. Do your small publishers need to do anything special?

We did some speed test because our sites need up to 30 seconds to load.

The following parts of your script load without any problems:
    c1.popads.net/pop.js
    serve.popads.net/
    c.adsco.re/

The following parts of your script didnt load:
    6.adsco.re
    127.0.0.222/nonexistent
    adsco.re

    And causing long load times.

    Cany you check this please.
    Thanks

Nope, all is done from our side.

These requests are not blocking, but if you use any syntetic test tool they will show as slow loading.
6.adsco.re - This is IPv6 check. If you have IPv6 should be fast. if you do not, should be fast too. If you you have it misconfigured(so OS thinks you have it, but you don't) it will just wait for timeout.
127.0.0.222/nonexistent - request to localhost, it should just wait for timeout.
adsco.re - this one should work unless blocked by hosts file or similar.

Basically, your website should load perfectly fine, yet if you use tool like webpagetest.org it will show these requests as long loading yet they happen in parallel to website loading process.

We are checking. Good news is that even if something is broken, balances are updated independently.
So in the very worst case that something is missing from reporting, your money is not missing.

I just logged in google webmaster tools and I saw that they marked my site as bad at 15. january 2018 ... they provided examples and on that examples is 4 months old mobile version of my site ... on site is new theme with same popads code, I requested review and we'll see, I hope your bypass will work

several networks are flooding me with mails that they have bypass, your site is flagged bla bla bla

but I use popads for three years, I don't need to change that habit :D

how long I need to wait google for review? they'll start with blocking my ads in february
