    Hello folks,
I'm thinking to start an exclusive Blogging Site. What would you suggest, should I go for WordPress website or build a website on my own?
Also, suggest an ideal domain name for my SEO Blog.
    Thanks in advance!

PHP is a server-side scripting language designed for web development. It is used by web developers to create web applications. On the other hand, WordPress is a free open-source Content Management System(CMS) based on PHP and MySql. If you just want to create a website which will mainly deal in pages like a blog or company's informative website or focus on Content Management and Search Engine Optimization then WordPress is the best choice, as you will find millions of plugins and templates. And its just a click away to install those templates and plugins to your website.

Wordpress is free to install, deploy and upgrade. It would be much easier for you if all you just wanted a plain SEO blog. It has lots of plugins and templates to choose from, plus it is SEO-friendly.

Let me tell you the basic difference between a normal website and a WordPress website. If you create a normal website then you should have the proper understanding of the language in which you are thinking to build it, lets say php. But if you create a WordPress based website then you don't require any mastery in programming. You just decide the theme you want to apply and rest will be taken care by the WordPress. Wordpress provides you the inbuilt CSS or you can customize it as per your taste.
The second thing is if you develop a website by yourself but then you feel WordPress might do it better, then at that time wordpress would convert your website into its own form without changing your code a little bit.
I hope that would help you choosing the right option.

It depends on various things like do you have frequent modifications?
Do you want a dedicated wordpress server or is your application fully customized? Is seo enabled sure your priority? Do you have excellent team to accomplish your tasks on phone?

For blogging site, Wordpress is the best for blogging site. Wordpress is the best CMS and very easy to handle. You can choose a organic name for your blogging site. If you mentioned with which topic you are to going to start then I would have suggested one name.

Don't even think about spending time on coding a website. WordPress is absolutely popular for blogging. Include also the word SEO in your domain name.

Depends on the resources you have. Wordpress sites are pretty vulnerable. But there are tools like Sucuri and Wordfence that provide a good protection

Good friend of mine, who works in web development company, always saying that the WordPress is one of the simplest way to create a website. WordPress is pretty user-friendly and easy to use, but I recommend to install plugin to protect your website from hackers because it is easy to break WP defense, good luck)

WordPress without question. There are so many themes and plugins you can choose from and tons of support when you run into issues. It also has a very small learning curve, you essentially only need to know HTML.
