Close of bitconnect took bitcoin back to below 10K USD but it is now slightly recovering.

Hey guys. I have been a member of this forum for 1 year, but not posting too much, just reading mostly.
My opinion regarding the crypto world is that first of all if you want to make quick dollars, you should not focus on the big ones like BTC & ETH, but rather on some smaller ones.
Those can be worth only a couple of cents, but if you buy for $0.20 and sell for $2.00 - you get the point.
That is what I am doing when I am not writing, which is my main source of income.
Regarding BTC, it is normal to see it go up and down, just like anything else in life. :))
    Good luck!

Someone creates their own crypto currency, comes up with their own rules and changes them when it is profitable for them. Actually, you can earn money on crypto currency only by creating it, in my opinion.

I'll just say, smaller crypto suffers from the same issue as penny stocks, basically it's a lot easier to lose everything when the asset is only worth a few cents each than when it has a much higher price per unit. Market capitalization and low volume can make them many times more volatile than BTC and other more popular coins. And, drawdown is drawdown regardless of how much they cost. You take a 50% loss, you have to have a 100% run to get back to where you were.

I personally haven't joined this company yet but I've heard a lot of good things about this company called US-Tech.

I'd do a lot of research on USI-Tech before joining them. The latest news I'm getting on that company isn't very positive. They recently shut down their US members. Now they're opening that back up but from what I gather in the letter they published about the re-opening my opinion is it's a move to accumulate funds. The letter states they aren't paying commissions. Just an opinion but that company has been less than open from the beginning.

Way too much info to discuss, as there are hundreds, if not thousands of crypto currencies out there.

My best advice for you is to learn, study and research before doing ANY investing.

Pick a few people to learn from and stick with it. Don't follow the pack and resist FUD and FOMO.

Biggest fraud I have seen is pump and dump groups. They coordinate massive buys which results in many thinking a coin is going to skyrocket when it fact it's market manipulation by a few whales to rapidly raise the price up so they get huge profits when they dump, leaving the clueless people hodling the bags...

I've seen a lot of people hurt over the past few months. There are some good opportunities out there but you really need to study the niche and know what you're getting involved with. Don't simply jump into something blindfolded.

Try online marketplaces to buy or sell traffic, there are those who accept and pay Bitcoin

Some treat it as an investment but it is also still used as a currency. The US IRS views it as an asset.

Actually the crypto scams that have occurred this year is actually fascinating and shows that cryptos are quite poorly protected. The higher price not always means security, because 2018 has the biggest and most frequent crypto scams of all time
