Correct. In fact, for websites that have "unknown" region, ie. get most of their traffic most from nonUS/nonEU, no filtering/blocking will be enabled. Yet, I have to say that Google determines regions pretty randomly...

You are very wrong about "nothing to do". I spent last few months nearly exclusively on working on this problem (that's why I've been less active on PopAds side). And boy I have results. All I will say for now is Google is not the company it used to be few years ago. Till now I was saying that Google is best at tech and there is no way not to play by their rules. Yet seems like theor race-based and sex-based hiring model (instead of skill-based) brings its fruits. And those fruits are very sweet for us

For now, if your site got flagged, wait till 20th/21st January then ask for re-review. From there, I will take care of the issue.

 

It's nice to hear at least somebody care about this update and do something. We have years of hard work on websites and all of that work are flush to toilet because of communist google/chrome.
The google ad bot even play video on website to search for ads. Incredible!! The 2019 update will be like Netflix? You will have to pay, to see websites?

@tomksoft: how supposed to receive message from google if i am not using "google webmaster url" ? i mean i never added my website(domain) there!

Is it necessary to add domain there ? or they can contact me via whois (email)

 

They won't contact you by whois email. Only via google webmaster central.
Basically in case your domain got flagged by them, you will have to register your domain with google and request re-review (for first few times, during re-review blocking will be paused).

tomksoft , my website still did not receive the abusive experience report and i am using pops , is this due to the fact that my google account is not american or european account , but my website receives traffic from europe and USA 80%

may i ask why the popup code doesn't pop up immediately after one click ? instead it will delay for like few seconds or 10 seconds before it pop up upon user click. is this for the upcoming google chrome update ?

I think you just sent fake traffic so yeah, they closed your account. It's legit.
