i want to make 1000 WordPress sites and i have questions below:

1- is there any central software or WP Plugin that can manage
all the WP sites at once to reduce time?
2- Which Domain register company you suggest that provides low fees for ".Com" registration, renewal and WhoIs privacy?
3- which hosting company you suggest?

1k websites ia really a big number. In order to answer your questions you have to post further information regarding the future websites.

    1. Will they all be identical?
    2. How much content do you plan for each website?
    3. How much traffic will you be able to send to each website?
    4. Do you plan to build them one after another or in some kind of a period?
    5. Will they be "heavy" websites with hosted videos, large images etc?

You definitely need a dedicated server, maybe more than 1.

1000 Pages? You need a dedicated server you must also be dedicated too to manage the site.
But on the other side you can try bluehost or hostigator

JetPack has tools that let you post to any of the sites from a central place.

1 - I don't know about such a software, saying I don't know I mean that I haven't used one but there is something like that for sure, just look for it on Google you will definitely find what you are looking for. I will be a paid service monthly or yearly or one time payment I don't know but it won't be free, no way.

2 - I use namecheap for handling my domains and also godaddy. Choose one of these two and make sure you require a meeting or a phone call, email or chat with an agent representing the company you choose. Speak with them about your future plan to purchase 1k domains. They will hit you with a huge discount and bonuses.

Namecheap would be for domain registration and other, for cheap price why not take a long with the hosting they provide, I believe there would be a discount..

    Cheers

Yes, there are services that help you to manage that many sites. You would need to have them set up across numerous hosts (not just servers), otherwise you will be caught by Google.
Yes, there are a couple software tools for managing. One is https://managewp.com/ I think. Read this: https://torquemag.io/2017/06/manage-multiple-wordpress-sites/
It would likely cost you a small fortune to set up and manage 1000+ sites, across multiple hosts, IP ranges (A and B classes, C class isn't enough in itself), privacy enabled, etc. In addition you would want to be very careful how you interlink sites. You would want every site to look like one person is running it. Cloning sites will create a footprint. Don't use the same registrar either. Spread everything out.

So, is it worth it? Maybe. Is it expensive? Yes. Can you make money? Yes, but it depends on why/how it's used.

You mean so all the sites have the same content?
    That's a really bad idea.

It wouldn't take much to write a mysql script to do it though. Just hit the database directly.

That's a footprint that Google may notice. It may be triggered for manual action.

Mix things up. Sometimes don't use WP at all. I don't use WP management software...yet. I have my own organization. Check out https://www.easyblognetworks.com/ , but it's just an added cost, but down the road it could be very helpful.

My advice is to start with 10 different hosts and 10 different blogs, then 20. See how easy it is to manage. It's ok to have some blogs on a shared IP, but keep it to a minimum. The poorly designed PBNs use the cheapest hosting available, so all the shared hosting could end up as a bad "neighborhood". Ideally you would want to look at the IP neighbors and avoid spammy ones. The recommendation by experts is to use premium hosting, CDN's, cloud hosting, and such.

Also, you can use free or inexpensive blogs, like Yola, Blogger, Wordpress, etc.

There are plugins that could be good for one theme or topic that isn't so good for another. For example, maybe on one site you'd want an FAQ, so you decide to use a plugin that helps with the layout or management of the FAQ.

You can find some great hosting deals on Webhosting Talk. Lastly, keep in mind that many hosts are out of the same data centers, or owned by the same company (ie Blue Host, Host Gator)
