What is the best time to submit my blog to google?

I have published 5 articles on my blog. My question is, how many posts will be better to submit site on google?

You can submit your blog to Google. Make sure that you have created xml sitemap for your blog. This will help Google bots to crawl your site and index them.

Whenever you publish a new article, you can submit it to Google. Even your site has only 1 article.

Once you publish the article on the website, submit it to the Google.
Google is smart enough to find the new content but it is best to submit it to the Google after publishing for the fast indexing.

When you setup your website in Google Search Console and also your XML Sitemap (in there), then Google will read (crawl) your website automatically, including your posts. To force a fast crawl of your new blog post, use it's 'Fetch as Google' function.

It's also good to keep the blogs up to date so Google sees them as fresh content.
Always keep that in mind. nohatdigital.com has a good read on that topic https://www.nohatdigital.com/blog/iterative-seo/

Nowadays you can't just set and forget as you will start losing rankings.

You can submit your blog as soon as you publish it. There is no hard and fast rule for that. However, make sure that your content is well-researched and authentic.

Some people like to wait until they have a bunch of content. The reason for this is that the visitor may not like the fact that there is very little content. It's more for the visitors benefit to wait, than for Google.

Register for webmaster & submit your sitemap there. It will get indexed very soon & it would signal google as a neat start rather than thinking about link building for indexation.
