PayPal in unspported countries

    Hello,

    PayPal does not support my country so I can not add my CC to my PP account, but I've heard that if I sign up with 'argentina' (for example) as my country then I can use PP as an unverified user and can receive and send money with my PP account but I can't withdraw the money. Is that true?

    I don't think you could sign up with that country which you are not in.
