Where i can spend my paypal funds

    I have 400 usd at my paypal and i can not withdraw it.
    So i want to spend it at internet.
    Not physcal products.

    Where can i spend it?

    I use PayPal to purchase products all the time. One example is that I buy my vitamins online via PayPal. Why can you not withdraw your funds?

    What is the reason that you can not withdraw your funds ? Anyway are you looking for an investment or just buying products ?
