How can generate leads ?

I have been working on a real estate business website from last one year & I also got few queries from this website ..but from last few months I didn't receive even a single query. My main concern is that how can I generate leads from my website . I want to fill up my "contact us " form from my websites' visitors.

What has changed since a few months ago? Were they being referred from somewhere that is no longer referring? It would be good to find that out.
Perhaps the market for real estate has dried up or there's a seasonal change?

I suggest that you offer them something that they'd want in exchange for signing up. Maybe a "Comprehensive Guide for First Time Home Buyers". Or, a simple checklist of things to look for when inspecting a home or property.

We are offering web design services but we never actually focus on generating leads by manipulating search engine or customer. It should happen with ethical practices and positive feedback from your customers.
