What are the rules of those communities and are you compliant with them?

The "they" you refer to is Google, right?
after all, we don't check where else you post so you wouldn't be banned from here. I doubt any other moderators care.

I don't have a tried and tested answer, but I'd say Google would be looking for authenticity. If the text you post is blatantly copied from another source or if it's spammy you may be tainted.

    yes "they" is for "google+"
i all the posts are written by me and will be post in related communities, i also seen some other people posting same posts in various communities.

i am afraid, just because of my email id from the early time of gmail and i do not want to ban my email id.

that's why i was asking it to confirm or to clear by doubt.

    thanks..

You're good, just don't be too obnoxious with junk posts, I see this all the time in communities and it really ruins G+ for me.

Are you getting a significant amount of traffic from G+ with this method?

That would be spam you should be contributing to communities before trying to get something back.

It depends on the rules of every community.

Some of the Google+ communities allow you to post links, while others don't.

See what other people are sharing inside these communities, and if there are links shared, you should have no problems if you only post links with quality content related to the topic of the community.

    I agree
Read the community rules first and then see what kind of content other users post in the communities.
But always keep in mind post links (if allowed) or content in your niche communities and it is safe. You won't be banned for this but if you spamming the communities then definitely you will be banned soon.

If your post is according to the guidelines of community then it may provide good back-links to your website. However, if you are posting in 30-40 communities and your post is not satisfying community's guidelines then they will not approve your post into community. Thus, every effort will go in vain. Hence try to post relative to community's guidelines, instead of keeping track of number of posts in different communities.

    That's bs.
Lots of people are active in multiple communities and have no problems.
