I always liked the keyword density checker tool at www.zippy.co.uk. Also, the Screaming Frog SEO Spider is a good tool I like, it crawls a website and fetches onsite elements to analyze onsite SEO, it can be found here https://www.screamingfrog.co.uk/seo-spider/

If you are talking about WordPress website and want to make a post on WordPress website so you can go with YOAST SEO plugin. I also use it for writing the blog post and optimize that post for Users and Search Engines.

If you are talking about site audit tools that report you to the websites related errors, so I can use free tools or free versions of the tools. I use many tools.
For Grammar, I used Grammarly extension in my Chrome browser.
For website audits or reports I use SEOprofiler free version, Search Console, SEOptimer for analysis (sometimes).
For Backlinks- SEOprofiler gives the backlinks report on weekly bases but it allows you to show some of them in the free version, Back Link Watch, Open Site Explorer. You can also use an extension for your browser Check My Links.
For Duplicate Content and Plagiarism Content- Copyscape (Paid Version).
The free tools you can use for the same are - Duplichecker, Quetext, Noplag, Check-Plagiarism.

My advice is don't count on automatic tools only and such stuff. Try to get familiar with the situation MANUALLY. For example if you see a keyword from some tool go and check it yourself manually on Google, check the results page, check the competition etc.

I strongly agree with this man,
Manual search for keywords can make you expert in on-site SEO, i am not saying that tools are not good but try to do something yourself for better outcomes.

I use ScanBacklinks when I need to check my website for any performance issues it might have or when I want to analyze on-page elements for further optimization.
I hope it will work for you too.

I never heard of zippy.co.uk. I checked it out, it is a great tool. Unfortunately, it doesn't provide a way to download data.
