What does adsense want from me ??

Ok, i'm very angry, but will try to be as polite as i can

I am runing a well-established website which has about 5 years of history already. The site is family oriented and has nothing illegal or incorrect on it

Today i was trying to see how i'm doing on adsense, and discovered my account blocked. Also disvoered an email saying that i'm doing invalid clicks.

For those of you who can belive, i SWEAR i'm not involved in making invalid clicks or generating them or whatsoever .. the site just runs, users click on ads if they like .. no intensives, nothing bad at all !!

Now, why the hek did they bock the account ? and does anyone know how can i get it back ? i've sent them a message but really doubt if i'm going to get a reply other than a robotic bullsh*t email telling the same story again and again ..

Can i act legally against them ? can i go to court ? would it ever help ?
The money in my account is some 150$ .. nothing much .. cause i've just put the adsense a couple months ago.

I consider this nothing else but robbery .. they just took my money and told goodbye .. is that the case ???

ya this is a common theme with adsense these days, some very honest/reputable webmasters here have has the same thing happen, it's crap! but thats why every one is starting to shy away from google. i have not been blocked yet...but i can imagine they will figure some way to some day so i have looked into other programs. as for getting it back, ummm....no, don't think i have heard one account being unblocked? (if so please post!), i don't think sueing them will be a good idea(we all back you though), they have alot of $$ and it will take you more then the $150 in your account, so unless your planning on hiring some serouse fire power, better off just find some other program. my 2 cents.

    Crazy stuff...

I know this has happened to several people.

I am trying to protect myself from getting banned. Who knows, even some psycho competitor can click on your ads.. and you get banned. I make a crap load from Adsense so I am currently installing a system that prevents more than 6 clicks in 24 hours. I have tracked it and MANY people click on my ads more than 5 times in 24 hours... guess I mask the ads too well on my whitehat sites...

The program is called Adlogger and its open-source ie free.

But I actually bought Adsense Protection Manual which was quite helpful, thats how I know about Adlogger and other information.
Got it from a review here

I would read up from free internet forum posts / articles and/or from the book as well (good tips how to reinstate your account) how to get your Adsense account back and get Google to put you back on. If you tracked clicks, show the IP addresses of the clicks and prove that wasn't you.

    cheers

I have already filled the complaint form and wrote that i'm ready to give them even my hosting password so they can go in and look whatever log they want to .. i have nothing to hide

How do you guys tell things like "one of my accounts" ?
can you open another account if one get closed ? they now have my name and wrote me that it's not allowed to open an account on this name again .. well, at least if they don't listen to my complains ..

i'm totally pissed off .. why the hek should i keep building sites like that with some 40k pages (it's an image gallery) , if then they get me banned ? someone please explain what's going on ?

is that simply a mistake and would they admit that it's a mistake and reopen the account ? or do i simply give up making good sites for ppl ?

Ok, now i'm totally confused .. what i know is google telling all over places "do not modify the code" .. and how are you supposed to put up a "protector script" without modifying a code ? well at least some kind of an <iframe> with your adwords in it and with a system to protect that <iframe> .. but if so, why should i take care of it and not google ?

also, how am i supposed to track the clicks without modifying the code ? if the click goes directly to adsense how am i supposed to count it without intercepting it first ?

First: people have been known to get reinstated in adsense - so do communicate and be honest about it.
second: they don't need your password: they have their own log-files
third: you CAN put code around your adsense code. That's not the same as modifying the code itself.
