According to me drinking coffee once or twice in a day is ok but when you crosses limit the main content of coffee "caffeine" harms your body. Instead you can try for Green Tea which is highly beneficial to body and soul.

You must have been drinking a lot more than milk to write that.

Or maybe I purposely left two typos so that any inconsequential reader would jump on it and reply? ;)

Your posting history tells me otherwise, you simply are not clever enough to have set that up.

According to Harvard Medical School, coffee is good because it contains ingredients that lower blood sugar. It isn't known which ingredient causes this effect. Because the effects can actually be stronger with decaffeinated coffee, it's probably not caffeine.

The study's researchers found that people who drink four or more cups of coffee a day reduce their chances of developing Type 2 diabetes by 50 percent. Subsequently, with every additional cup, the risk gets lowered by 7 percent. Drinking coffee could help keep your brain healthier for longer.

Research into the subject has been long and comprehensive. There is absolute conclusive evidence that drinking 3-5 cups per day will help you live longer, why? It reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, it helps to combat colon cancer, it lowers the chance of getting diabetes especially type 2 diabetes. And recently it has been discovered that it prevents plaque build up which causes Alzhemier's disease.

I love to drink coffee. I go with cappuccino every morning. But sometimes I can drink more than enough and it causes blood pressure or quick heart beating. It isn't good but I can't resist on it.

On average coffee will raise your resting pulse rate by only 3 beats per minute for about 20 minutes after consumption. As to coffee elevating your blood pressure, I would like to see the evidence of that.

I drink gallons of coffee and it is very good for my health. It is the only thing that takes away my headaches that I get if I haven't had any coffee for a while. :p

Actually, it is your withdrawal from a caffeine addiction that causes the headaches. So, of course, taking more caffeine "cures" the headaches. I know because I have the same addiction. :) If you went 2-3 days without caffeine (having headaches for most of the time) you would beat the addiction and no longer suffer from caffeine withdrawal headaches.
