Can't connect my Instagram from Facebook

When trying to connect our Instagram to the Facebook page to run ads, it says "This Instagram account is already connected to another Page," But it's not, because:
1) The Facebook page is already linked to from Instagram (business account)
2) And I’m 100% sure the Instagram account is not connected to from another page since I only have the password.

 

I don't think its possible for now.

Yeah, I agree. You cannot connect your Instagram to your facebook page, but you can connect it with your facebook profile page instead.

 

Hi Patricia, Usually you can. From the page's settings, you go to Instagram and connect it from there. This is how we can manage ads on Instagram. Not sure if that's what you meant.

 

You mean a facebook fan page or a profile page? What I meant was facebook fanpage.

 

You can connect your Instagram from your Facebook page (not personal account). It's in the settings. Not only you can, but you should so you can run ads on Instagram.
