ezine articles information

    i have a health blog, can i post my few days back old post in ezine ?

    is it good in eyes of google? will they accept or penalize my website ?

    or it will help me ?

    If you are going to post an article on ezine chances are you won't get that many views. Back 10 years ago it used to work very well. But now its best to put quality content on your site. Overtime if you are consistent posting content you will see results. You have to be patient.

    No, only unique and not been posted anywhere content is allowed but it will still moderated before it will be posted
    Yes, if the content engage well with the users.
    It must help the target users not you.

    Article directories were penalized they were full of article spam you'd be wasting your time.
