    I would not touch this with a 10 foot pole...

    Once someone buys this, then the redirects will be removed,
    and any authority passing to the domain will plummet.....

    I need a legit domain with DA/PA, not fake DA/PA, otherwise,
    I would be better off starting new, and working my way up....

    You may starting with new domain and you will working very hard to get DA10, and lose a lot of money to get DA30.. Still under 50.. :) good luck!

    And it isn't even indexed. It's a worthless domain name with zero branding options, Google won't consider it "aged", DA30 means shit nowadays and it has a terrible link profile full of pure spam and crap that never worked on long term.

    I'd say there's a 100% chance this domain is already penalized by Google and I'd say you haven't ever ranked any website for any relevant KW.
