    I am sure you can use, though its never a good idea to use more then one ad network at same time, because not only it can annoy your visitors, it can badly effect quality of traffic which a network may get and most network pay you rate depending on quality of traffic, and if quality of traffic is not good and more and more advertiser from any network will ban you and if you get ban from high paying advertiser then you will end up earning even less by using multiple ads.

    why do you don't work with PopAds, Propeller and other at the same time? I am working so (via AdSpyglass) and it gives me more than 50% extra income
