4 million page views with 0.2% CTR is really questionable also the ads because of the poor performance which means the target users are not satisfied with the offer you used in the ads. It will take a thorough analysis and tests before you can get the most effective ads that is convertible.

 

I think you should try othe methods of promotion like cpa offers ,affiliate offers or bulding a list .4 milion monthly its huge traffic

 

its normal for streaming websites expect if you place ads on video we do not place it because its not allowed if we place there revenue and ctr ll be 3 times more
your mostly visitors is returning user so they already seen this ads [ speaking about native]

 

I think ads are placed well, there is even clicks on them as you can see in screenshtos, that mean visitors are interested.
