The main problem using adsterra is getting penalized by Google, because of sneaky redirect.
Lost all traffic, daily 1milion page views to no traffic now.

Google accepted our reconsideration request twice, but last time traffic was gone.

Now we changed our domain name and getting some traffic.

Every popunder ad on the market right now has (or had) issues with Google penalizing publishers' websitse. You can search digitalpoint for the biggest popunder networks and you will find posts/complaints about this. Bigger networks operating larger amounts of impressions and dealing with more advertisers have more complaints than smaller networks. EVERY network has had this problem.
However this is not an excuse for us. We really monitor our feed and do our best to prevent any issues with Google by blocking bad campaigns. We have inhouse scanner and we use 3rd party software too. But right now we are in a situation where we have to offer higher CPMs to our publishers and try to make our feed as clean as possible. Nowadays an ad network has to sell traffic via ad exchagnes (or RTB) to 3rd party network/agenices, but those 3rd party ads are VERY hard to control. In 99% cases bad campaigns come from 3rd party ads. We can easily turn those ads off for anyone on request. However this will result in CPM decrease.

    Do not understand...
some here talking badly of adsterra.
All my friends who own large streaming sites speak very well of the adsterra.
Adsterra gives preference to great traffic.
And it looks like they get a lot of money because the live streaming traffic is huge and they are real visitors from various countries, meaning the traffic is really neat.
I have very good traffic too and am now selling it to adsterra!
    adsterra is very good! :)

I have not noticed any redirects, but I only use their banners and exclude erotic ads and ads with sound. However, impression count is really low and CPM is at a pitiful $.01 or less even with a few ad clicks. Apparently, only popunders and erotic ads get the best results?

The redirect is not the fault of the adsterra e de nenhuma outra rede similar, but of some advertisers who are redirecting the disclosure link.

Just get in touch with the support as they solve this without major problems.

You need to stay in touch often so your manager can know who you really are and what kind of traffic you send them.

What makes your cpm high is the quality of your traffic and also the countries by which you have this traffic.

I have traffic from several countries, mainly from Poland, but the cpm of Poland is bad in most ads due to language.

The tip is you work just like popunder for Poland.

My CPM in adsterra is great, just as it is in the other ads that work too, but for your cpm to be great, you also need to have an excellent CTR for the page.

It's no use having too much traffic if the CTR is bad.

    Asterra is a serious company.
    They pay their editors correctly.

Could you please address the matter to your personal manager, so he/she can tackle the issue? If you detect some suspicious redirects or anything else please do inform your managers (via tickets, skype, email). Without a proper feedback, we won't be able to fix anything.

Firstof all, one of the few best as networks. The cpm is fantastic I can easily compare them with adsense in terms of revenue.

Adsterra might be a real ad network and might give you nice CPMs, but if you care about the traffic coming to your website, be aware!
These are the ads we got:

This is what you get after taping on OK, because there is no other way of getting out of that ad:

None of your users will ever see your site. The redirects and pop-ups are so overtaking that many non-techy users will most likely just freak out!

If you have a site with fake traffic - go ahead. If you are a legitimate publisher with even semi-quality content, no CPM is worth scaring away your users and your website being downgraded in search algorithms.

And just as icing on the cake, this is their response after I notified the account manager they might have gotten hacked (silly me did not think the high quality ad network many high profile ad blogs have been raving about, could be doing this on purpose!)
