Not allowed its illegal, against the TOS :)

Can only begin to imagine all the trouble it would cause.

What would even be the purpose of purchasing one? To sell sig links? You're best off just sticking with your account and get involved in a section that you really enjoy.

    No, accounts are non-transferable.

Good way to get yourself (and everyone involved) banned permanently.

How? Just because the IP address changes? I wouldnt say this is a real indication. Because the writing style changes? Maybe, but neither a good indication.

Anyhow, although I do not really see the reason behind such a restriction I neither see the reason to buy an account.

This is a community of people. It's annoying enough that people change their names all the time but if the actual people behind the name change the integrity of the community vapourizes.

You can't buy trust and respect here - those are the only reasons I can think of why somone would want to buy an account instead of starting a free account.

Create your own 'status' don't be a pussy and buy your way in.

Yes, thats right. I would have never considered to "buy an account" hence I suppose I had a tough time to imagine the actually possible consequences.

However its not easy to enforce.
