    Hi everyone,

I need to do some serious unloading, and this site has to go.

    http://contentforcontext.com

It has some traffic and revenue, and with the site you get everything, including master rights to the product. I'm not sure if people in the past were understanding how much you get, because the bids never passed $200, so I'm just letting this go for practically nothing.

    Proof of earnings: http://contentforcontext.com/cfcpaypal.gif

That's $27 in October, $74 in November, and $47 so far in December.

    Traffic: http://contentforcontext.com/cfcawstats.gif

    BIN: $100

Payment by PayPal. Free domain push through Godaddy. Upon payment, you'll get cPanel/FTP info to transfer the site.

Thanks for looking and happy bidding :)

A lot of the traffic came from posts on Sitepoint and Digitalpoint that I did when the site launched.

I did a bit of Adwords advertising, mostly to get some email signups. I'm not sure if any sales came directly from Adwords. (I only spent a few dollars on that.)

I doubt much traffic is from search engines as the site is relatively new, and it's not the type of site to get good rankings. (ie. a salesletter)

    Maybe. :)

If you have a hosting account setup and give me FTP access, I can upload the site's files for you since they are already on my computer.

A potential buyer asked how likely it was that they would see a return on their investment.

All I can say is that you only need to make 2 sales at $47 to recoup 95% of your costs. A third sale and you're profiting.

If you think about the usual site sale value based on 10 months revenue, you only need to make 3 sales in the next 10 months to profit. (I'm selling the site at about 2 months revenue.)

If you were to post about this on all the other webmaster forums besides SP and DP, you should make some sales.

By selling the site so cheap, I was hoping to let someone who is more interested in this site than I am do something with it, since I'd rather work on my other stuff.
