Pop under ads network with paypal payouts?

Hi,
Does anyone know of a good pop under ad network I can use and get paid via paypal?
Which one is this website using: thepiratebay (dot) org
Firefox doesn't seem to block those popups. No idea about chrome...

I'm looking for something with pay per impression, or even pay per click

I am actually registered with you.
The stock market website in my signature was where I had your ads, but even after a month or so, I didn't make enough so I removed the ads...
I don't know what the problem was. Either I didn't get enough clicks, or the ads were not suited for the website theme of stock markets...
Anyways, now I'm putting up a politics/news theme website. Can you please tell if you can serve ads based on that theme?
If yes, I'd surely go with your ads once again!
