    Getting proxy traffic is probably one of the simplest ways to get traffic ever. I've only had mine since November 1st and it makes $20 a day. How? It's simple. Start off by buying cheap text links all over the place, to provide that initial traffic boost. Then just submit to every topsite you can find!

    Someone said he is getting 10-20c / click and that this is low in adsense.

    I would have to disagree. That is a VERY good average for a proxy site.

    Proxy sites are good with adsense but you need at least a VPS or dedicated server to host them since shared hosting don't allow such sites and even if you find one you will have to move because they put massive load on server and utilize too much memory and resources. I do have a proxy site hosted on a VPS and now I am looking to upgrade to a dedicated server.

    Very easy, download phproxy (google it and follow the download link), upload it to your site, and you are done. Then a little bit of customization, and modding will be required to make it look more personal.

    I run a proxy on my own server. I get about 500 hits a day and my adsense ranges from $0.00 to $6.00 a day. I don't run a myspace site so I can't compare.
